We are happy to accept returns for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase. Products must be returned in unworn, condition with the original packaging including accessories.
Please use and complete our returns form which can be found in the package. Make sure your return is well packaged and meets all the conditions listed below. Enclose the completed returns form with your goods and send it to the address on the returns form.
Please ensure that the returns form accompanies your goods - a missing form may result in your return not being processed.
Free returns are not possible. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using the post or a courier service.
Please note that we can only accept size and colour exchanges, i.e. replacing the same item with a different size or colour. If you wish to exchange the item you purchased for another item, please place a new order. Unfortunately, offsetting a credit against a new order is not possible with every payment method. As soon as we have received the item to be exchanged, the new item will be sent to you.
If an item is delivered faulty or has a defect within the warranty period, you can return the faulty item to us. Please inform us in writing of the defect in the item. We will inspect the item and then contact you to discuss further steps.
If you return an item to us in perfect condition and with all labels attached, we will refund the purchase price immediately. Depending on your bank, the return transfer will take 2-14 days. Please note that, from experience, crediting credit cards takes several days and can therefore only be visible on the next credit card statement with a delayed charge. Please note the account details on the return slip enclosed with your delivery. Refunds will be made in the same currency as the purchase. Any losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded. For all returns purchased with a voucher or promotional code, a new voucher and code will be issued.
